We are a values led, family oriented school in Canterbury with a strong community ethos. I am so proud to be the Headteacher of this caring community of learners with a fantastic staff team, dedicated Governors, supportive parents and most of all, happy and engaged children.
Over the last couple of years, we have been developing our Blean Curriculum Tree. Our vision is to shape children to be physically and mentally healthy, have a love for learning, be ready for the future, be morally and socially responsible, gain high outcomes and leave Blean Primary with many happy memories.

We are planning to taste a substitute mead (made using apples and honey) and would like the children to bring in a change of shoes suitable for Forest School and if possible a blanket or shawl to help get into the Viking atmosphere. Normal school uniform is fine.

Due to the season clothes are very likely to get wet and dirty, so please don’t send anything you don’t want to get soiled.
